Are these jerseys legit?

They look legit, but they almost seem to good to be true.

I haven't gotten a jersey in quite some time, and the only current player jersey I have is Steve's. So, I'm wanting to get a new one. Normally, I wouldn't get a jersey for a rookie, but if I could get one for a deal, such as these..

No they aren't legit but for 27 bucks does it matter? It looks better than screen printed jerseys and are 60 bucks cheaper.

What about them is messed up?

I mean, I don't wanna look at those pictures, and then order one, and it come in and it look nothing like the pictures..You know, no NFL logo, cheesy hand-drawn and steam pressed Panther logo on the sleeve...that thing.

Thats it really. No they aren't authentic. Most of the jerseys have embroidered sleeve emblems of the panther which instantly identify them as knockoffs. But who really cares. Most folks don't know that, and the rest don't care. I have a couple knockoffs and for the difference between an authentic sewn letter jersey which cost 250 bucks and this, I would go with this.

Problem for me is I want a Greg Hardy and I can't find it unless I pay the 250 for a custom jersey.

Yeah I hear ya. My buddy bought a Broncos jersey off a site like that and it doesn't look bad at all. I think you should be fine. To be completely honest I plan on buying a teal Clausen jersey within the next few days off a site like that. I wouldn't be too worried about anything looking like complete poo haha.

Walmart is selling these jerseys

Last I saw, the one near me. They had Smith, Stewart and Clausen. No Williams or Moore. They were $30. real cheap looking.

weird thing is they had some Charger jerseys...

What do you mean?

Most legit companies buy the jersey blanks from the NFl approved sites which screenprint the team logos on the sleeve and then the compamy puts on the numbers and the nameplate.

These jersey blanks are not bought through the NFL and are screenprinted. So the company that makes them simply put on the logos, numbers and nameplate from scratch. The panther logos look legit but thet are emroidered and sewn on not screenprinted. Other than that, they look almost identical.

THey are knockoffs made overseas which is why they are so cheap.

Hmmmm......

And what's your take on the number supposedly being too small on the front?

I usually buy my jerseys off of EBAY. Sometimes you will get a real one. For example, I bought a Chris Harris that was clearly fake, but I didn't care. I also bout a Fitzgerald that was real and paid 50 for it. Then I bought a Westbrook white Eagles, for 45, it came to me still with the original price tag of like 200 dollars on it. Looks like it was stolen right off the back of a truck, but I didn't care. Somebody got hustled and it wasn't me.

for the most part I would agree. I have purchased a few off ebay and they seem to be a great duplicate of the real thing.

However lately ebay has been flooded with these types of jerseys. They are not using the same blue, it isn't that "carolina blue" but a lighter blue, almost like the Tarheels. I purchased a stewart and it was just awful.

I got a Clausen jersey from these folks, it's close to right but if you really know what an authentic Panthers jersey looks like you can tell immediatley that it's a knock off. I got a blue jersey and the blue is off a few shades... the other tell is that the silver borders of the shoulder stripes are more white then silver.

I returned mine because I wasn't happy with it, but if you like it then that's all that really matters.

    • Was at the game and NYCFC honestly outplayed CLT the whole way.  Khalina and Zaha carried the team.  Zaha's wife on IG making it sound like he's gone come July. They're going to have to pay him or find a big time replacement because the team looks like pretty lost without him.
    • No one's saying LaMelo has no blame we're responding to you acting like he's the reason they lost. The scapegoating and blaming the teams woes on his personality is where it's like Cam Newton all over again. It was a failure on multiple fronts and primarily Lee's. Dude said ON AIR pregame that they had to protect the paint and if that was his gameplan going in he couldn't have botched it more. As the commentators said Ball's a rhythm guy and Orlando was preventing him for getting any kind of flow going. I'm a normie watching on TV and said they needed to bait them into fouling to combat that. They didn't even try until the 2nd half when it was too late. I think it's fair to expect the star to overcome whatever but LaMelo was not the problem in that game and he's not what is holding the team back. He's the only reason they're flirting with being a great team. I kinda put the center play on Lee too. Moose is great until he's up against a big who can body him. We've always known that and that's what Kalkbrenner is for. I don't know if it would have changed much but Kalkbrenner should have had more minutes than him.  And moving forward with the center position, I just think it's the time to trade Diabate while his stock's high and that's not an indictment of his game. He's like an evolved combination of Biyombo and PJ. He's a great rim protector and the strength issue is just what you're going to have to deal with if you want that. But Kalkbrenner is perfectly capable of protecting the rim and we gotta get away from the undersized centers or it'll always be a problem for us.
    • Honestly its why that Jalen Coker grab was a big deal.  I'd been warming up to the idea of a sadiq pick and was adamantly against a receiver...but this altered my train of thought.  I mean For instance, Cade Otton signed for 3 yr 30 mil contract...thats not dramatically different than the rookie payscale for #19 (4 year 20 mil with 5th year option), however you KNOW otton is decent...no clue if Sadiq will be anything.
