So there's a company called Spike Your Juice allow you to turn almost any fruit juice into alcohol after 24 hours. Gizmodo had a review of it and they said it taste surprisingly good.

I'm usually a fan of mixing moonshine in the bathtub but this seems like a cool idea.

just a high alcohol tolerant strain of yeast.

I make a lot of wine and my new favorite is one called skeeter pee- made from lemon juice - google it for more info- easy to make and cheap
