IMO Fox and staff should have been gone a year ago. I dont know when Richardson will get it but Carolina will always be out coached in the playoffs with Fox there. Fox only sells vanilla, theres no other flavors available. If vanilla doesnt work then it "just wasnt our day". BS! Thats the same thing to me as Pep going through the motions in games. If Fox is getting his ass handed to him by another team/coach, nothing changes and it was "just not our day". Watch the talent on this team follow Peps lead, for once, and start to slowly revolt against Fox and Turdo.

I'm all for showing Fox the door and bringing in Cowher.

Exactly. In the NBA it might work, where one or 2 players make a world of difference. In the NFL, it's a TEAM GAME. you don't change the scheme for just ONE person. You may try to accommodate that one person in your scheme however you see fit. In the end, the coaches have just as much to blame as Peppers.

But let's say we show him, Hurney, and Trgo the door. Who is out there right now that we're going to hire that will bring us the immediate success that this fanbase demands?

You want Jon Gruden, Shannahan? Cowher isn't going to coach here..

Although Gruden, Shanahan and Billick are GREAT coaches...

Yes fans who are honest with themselves know this, the casual "facebook fans" who slob rod and celebrate getting crushed in the finals will still see this year as a sucess when we make the ECF and get bounced in 5 or less.  I mean for a while I understood the whole don't burn assents, but this year there was zero excuse not too, we have a glut of talent on the wings to the point that an NHL top 6 ready guy like Nadeu is down in the AHL scoring at will. 3 firsts in two years, numerous other talented prospects in the prospect pool, more cap space than any other team in playoff position (WAY MORE THAN ANY REAL CONTENDERS) and on top of all of that we had the top record in the East (its likely we get home ice at least until the finals) yet we still have a fatal flaw in a 160 lb 5'8 "2C" and no goalie depth......   The Aves got Kadri to he there freaking 3C.... for me it didnt even have to be Trochek or Kadri, a big physical center who gets to the front of the net and scores like SCHENN would have had me extatic.
