Fire special teams coaches. Bring Hoover as a coach.

Get Gruden to coach for under 3 mil and incentives.

Abolish the vic card junk. Get a new chick to do the Bojangles tailgate deal. Tell the PA guy to quit playing WRFX the Foxes rotation before and DURING the kickoff.

Never ever again draft an offensive player from USC.

Cant fix us this season (too many bad decisions, and not just this offseason, adding up here) and what we could do next offseason is way to up in the air given the uncertainty the NFL is facing.

In a perfect world where there is no work stoppage I would fire this entire FO hire Marc Ross as GM and Harbaugh as HC. Don't know about DC as I do think Meeks has done a pretty decent job the last two years (he has kept us in games all year until late and thats with an average Dline and a screw up secondary COUGH Godfrey).

This team needs a lot to make us contenders namely a HC that is from this century.

We need to hire Tom Clements, the QB coach from Green Bay. He knows the Packers offense, which is awesome. And he apparently knows how to develop at elite QB. i.e. Aaron Rodgers.

At this point, I think cutting Jarrett loose would make sense and would send a message. If Jarrett was going to become the #2 it should have already happened this regular season.....now Gettis and LaFell are the front runners, and I'm sure they have taken notes about Jarrett's career path to date. With Jarrett gone both of them are one acquisition away from the bench themselves. Trial by fire, and I think they can step up.
