Actually, after thinking a minute, couldn't move along without saying this is one of the most ignorant things I've ever read on a message board. We both know you'd be too chickenshit to say something like that in a public forum in your every day life, but here's throwing up a prayer tonight that you don't have (or never have) kids that have to listen to your dumb ass say stupid poo like that around the house.

For the record I dont want him anywhere near here. But hypothetically I'd have to see some kind of extremely amazing true remorse from him, for me to even accept it. Then Id have to be assured that our players respect him.

But even then it be hard, not impossible, but extremley hard for me to accepting of it.

Forget that he was a Falcon. That's the least of the issues (so was Chris Draft).

Vick stinks as a passer. His receivers all of a sudden look like world beaters with a competent QB throwing to them.

Add in that he's a flashpoint for controversy, a lousy person, believes he's better than he really is, hangs out with scummy friends and is dumb as a rock.

There's no way I'd want him on this team, and I'd seriously question Panthers management if they did.

Our fanbase would become the dumbest in the NFL, with all the black people that would become Panthers fans only because of Vick that like Vick just because he is black and they know nothing about football.

I could care less about Vick playing for the Panthers. Most black people probably feel for Vick cause he got f*cked so bad. Dog fighting..time in prison. Man we kill animals everyday, for food for clothes. Dog fighting to take that young man out as he was developing as an elite. This isn't the first time this has happened to athletes and stars. I understand people love there dogs but I can go hunting right now. I could kills some birds and deer and sh*t..anything. But since he was on top he gets thrown from the top because of his property..his dogs... I know a man who shot his dog last night for getting in a damn chicken coop come on. I've been to war and killed people with no consequence and this dude gets locked up for fighting dogs. America is getting gay and that 1870 style hung that niqqa. I'm less racist than you think too my best best friend is a white dude and I interact well with everyone but I feel like you cant fry someone for something like that, cause he is black. On the flip side he should have known better. You walk extra light when your getting it or some stupid sh*t will be your demise.

As far as Jake. QB is a tough position. I think on and off the field Jake handles it above average crossing over into good. He is your best bet now. There are no for sure's on the market right now. Just get some young player in here with future potential. This is Jake's team rather anyone likes it or not and the FO just shove that in your face again. So Panthers fans support him because we're stuck with him. Hell at least Steve Smith and Jake get along...We will be good next year guys trust me...>Super Bowl 2010.....

Dumbest thing I have ever read.

Getting back to the question. I would stop rooting for the panthers until he was gone, along with Hurney, Fox, and Big Cat.

      What you are saying isn't always true and I'll give you several examples to demonstrate this. 1) The best player on the board at the end of in round 1 by all consensus is RB (top 15 player in draft who slips b/c of the devaluation of the RB position). Your team is in desperate need of a LT because the current one is getting your QB killed. You already have a serviceable RB in place. The LT has a 2nd round grade and you have the first pick on day 2 of the draft Who do you choose? 2) Your run defense was abysmal the previous season. A DT in round 2 does not provide much in terms of pass rush, but most reports have him rated as the best pure run stuffing DT in the draft. The two highest rated players on your board at the time are a TE and tweener at OLB/DE who slipped into round 2 after a run on WR's. Who do you choose? 3) Your pass rush rush is solid across the board. You even have guy coming off of the bench to provide production. Your secondary in below average. No Safety on the roster is a difference maker and as a unit the squad doesn't have an INT. The highest rated player on the board is a DE. The 5th highest rated player on the board is a an intelligent ball hawking Safety. Which player would make the team immediately better?  1) I think the BPA logic applies when your team is solid across the board and you can afford to draft for depth 2) I think it also applies when your team stinks and any solid player will be an immediate upgrade over what you already have. I agree that you should NEVER reach for a player when you are need at a position like we did for Bryce Young. But I also think if there's is a player on the board that will fill a glaring weakness you need to take him even if a player with a higher over all ranking is available at another position (which isn't a need)
