Question For You Stadium Regulars

What Panthers player jersey is most prevalently worn at the stadium? I used to always see a ton of 90's on TV, but I'm sure that's died down to some extent. The only reason I ask is because with all these BS Smitty trade threads, I was just wondering how much money SS singlehandedly puts in JR's pocket with attendance, jersey sales, etc.?

Believe it or not I still see the occasional Peppers and Delhomme jerseys, but by far the most prevalent is #89 with #34 becoming more popular. #52 is probably third on the list right now. The women love #4...

You know I really have noticed alot of women wearing Kasay jerseys. There is still a ton of Peppers and Delhomme Jerseys. I'd say that 89 and 34 are tied for the most popular among current players. Last week I actually saw quite a few Edwards Jerseys which surprised the hell out of me.

So would it be a safe assumption that on an individual player level, Smitty brings in the most revenue for the team? I don't know how jersey sale money alotments go, but from a business side, Smitty seems to be the feature attraction?

Not only does the stadium sell Smitty jerseys, He also has his own clothing line of t-shirts that they sell in the team store..I think its called Eighty-Nine.

It used to be (and still might if Jerrey Jones has not changed it) that all apperal sales for NFL properties went into a fund and all teams recieve an equal share.

    • Let's pause a sec and rewind. The hype for Bryce Young before we drafted him was beyond anything I've seen in a long time. If you're trying to tell me now after all the hoopla about his ability to make those around him better and the comparisons to hall of fame players across different sports leagues that him taking the next step this year fully hinges on Adam Thielen then we're probably already doomed. Thielen is not going to keep any defenses up at night. He has good hands and very low YAC. We have 4 young WR's ahead of him with potential that need crucial development and we certainly need to find out what we have in them sooner rather than later because regardless of what transpires this season the QB room should undoubtedly be getting a hard reset. Those reps need to go to the young WR's regardless. Bryce needs to step up and take ownership of the relationship between himself and his young receivers. That's why we drafted him.
    • #Raiders WR wide receiver Jakobi Meyers has requested a trade, per a league source. NFL Network first to report   https://x.com/josinaanderson/status/1960060238213546417?s=46
