Man, I said he should be given the chance 2 or 3 years ago to be promoted to OC and instead we went and get that fat worthless motherfuger...

I certainly hope Skipper gets the chance, he's shown the ability to get the best out of his position and I certainly think he's earned the chance through his service over the years.
