yup, completely agreed. Even though our running game was never a huge threat, I always felt like we could score (except when Stew got carries - he just doesn't look like himself :( ). Haven't felt that way before this season... Gettis has me excited. Finally someone who can make teams pay for doubling Smith!

For the first time all year I really thought we could move the ball at the end and score. Totally different feeling today than I had the first 5 games.

That's for damn sure. Today, the Panthers looked like they had an NFL offense. The first 5 weeks, not so much.

BTW, has anybody looked at how many 1st round picks are on that 49ers team? Just imagine, the two QB's that played for them today are both top 5 picks. They have a 1st round pick at LT, two 1st round WR's, a first round TE, Willis is a 1st rounder, and I'm sure I'm missing some. Anybody who doesn't realize how much talent they have is not paying attention. They're a good team who has lost some very close games to some really good teams, so this win is nothing to sneeze at by any stretch of the imagination.

dude you just don't get it. I'm a Panthers fan. I support all our players. I've liked Moore since the day he got here, just because I thought he played poorly early and I understood why Clausen started doesn't mean I'm "outspoken against him".

I didn't believe he could have a performance like he did today, but that was because I didn't think we had the offensive weapons for him to do so (and tbh, I think that the bye helped EVERYONE a bunch). They ALL proved me wrong today, Moore *and* the receivers.

edit: Supporting them doesn't mean that I'm going to blindly hope they play, btw.

If you stuck with Moore then you didn't watch the first few games.....BUT I sure am glad he is back!!

Yeah, he was bad then, but I told everbody who would listen that he could still be a good QB. Most people simply wrote him off though. Our fans really do give up on players and this team at the drop of a hat.

Gettis was outstanding. He reminds me of Jason Carter with good hands. He has speed and can make plays.

Lke Dwayne "DUI" Jarret.....We want to win...no prob with that. Moore looked like he was in the deep end and couldn't swim. Claussen wasnt much better but atleast he had an excuse. I don't care if Fox gets in there and QB if we win!
