The only reason we didn't sweep you in 2006 and 2009 is cause yall just so happen to be the team we rested our starters against so we could prepare for our playoff run.

We getting out the brooms this Sunday then focusing on getting back this division.

I always get a good laugh everytime I hear this excuse for losing. It never gets old. lol. Were you resting your starters the other 100+ times we beat yall? Damn, you must have. We couldn't possibly win otherwise. Who was your fav team in 2008? ;) I'm guessing the Panthers.

that is true. Honestly though the way things were going in 09 I can't for sure say we would have lost. The Saints were on a 2 game skid and we had previously beaten the #2 seed vikings in very convincing fashion. We were without Steve Smith though so most likely we would have lost.

2006 we already beat you so that's the reason you didn't sweep us.

In retrospect it's hard to prove or say anything All that matters is that the chance is up tomorrow. I'll be at the game going hoarse to prevent it.

We also tore up the Giants, who needed a win to stay in playoff contention. 41-9. I guess to Saint's fans, we suck.

The hell are you talking about, Beastly? To EVERY bandwagon fan of EVERY team, we suck. I have worn my Beason jersey every Sunday since 2008. Even to this very up-coming Sunday, I hang it out in the open on the night before the game to let it air out. Got a bunch of trash talk from "Saints" and "Steelers" and even an "Eagles" fan over the course of this season while walking around campus. All of which are born and raised here in NC. I mean, it is possible for people to live in one state and be "fans" of other teams, but these guys clearly had a low IQ. The Saints fan didn't even know who Aaron Brooks is...that says it all.

Not saying all Saints fans are bandwagon fans, but I have never in my life, in person, witnessed a Saints fan who could tell me who Aaron Brooks is.

Why are all you Taint fans here anyhow? Shouldnt you guys be talking about your team on your own garbage board? Better yet shouldnt some of you still be rebuilding your homes or sniping at relief workers giving aid ya bunch of worthless drains on the economy. That city needs another good flushing a few years later to clean some more trash out of it again.

wowee what an absolute dipshit thing to say. You think you gain something by saying such terrible things? real f**kin classy.

    • More praise of Renfrow from Tim Weaver (formerly of USA Today's Panthers Wire, now SI.com), and also what I told some of you, my Huddle friends, from the start: keep it all in perspective, and don't conveniently---and perhaps unfairly, discount and label Renfrow as a JAG when it was a very debilitating illness affecting his play.    "It's understandable to be skeptical about Renfrow's abilities at this late point in his career. After all, he missed all of last season due to a bout of ulcerative colitis that also took a serious toll on his production in 2022 and 2023."   When Renfrow is healthy, he's an above average guy. Being 29 may hurt or help his chances depending upon perspective, but 29 for receivers generally means that there's still (sometimes plenty) gas in the tank. Renfrow also obviously has plenty of motivation and has come with his game face.   "Then agan, seeing is believing and by all accounts Renfrow has been very impressive since joining the Panthers a few months ago... Where Renfrow will fit in Carolina's new-look receiver corps remains to be seen, but at this rate it's going to be hard to exclude him from the initial 53-man roster." https://www.si.com/nfl/panthers/hunter-renfrow-sick-route-panthers-training-camp Read the room, ladies and gentlemen. And don't get it twisted; Renfrow isn't the most talented receiver on the team, but we have seen his ceiling, when healthy, in a Raiders offense that wasn't necessary replete with talent. Consider what he can do, especially in the slot, in a Panthers offense primed with young talent (no pun intended). From sick to "sick routes," eh?
    • That is literally what I am talking about. Those were 53 man cuts. Not at the beginning of camp.  I would say the odds of Barno being back are extremely thin.
