A difference of perception...

I'd add that what women like to look at is heavily affected by how they perceive themselves.

A woman with a healthy self-image doesn't mind looking at other beautiful women. By contrast, the last thing a woman who hates her looks wants to see is someone that'll make her feel even worse.

This is why my wife is so awesome.

It's also why I'm terrified for my best friend, he's about to marry a chick with MAJOR self-esteem issues. Guy was in the dog house for 3 days for looking at a hottie.

My girlfriend and I watch Dancing with the Stars together. She has no problem with me seeing the girls on there because she knows I'd never cheat on her. Likewise, if she thinks a guy is attractive, it doesn't threaten me.

And she knows she's pretty, but that doesn't mean I don't still tell her (often).

We like to hear it either way. Just a little confidence booster to make your day. I would seriously pay someone to call me or text me once a day to tell me I'm pretty. Just always nice to hear, no matter who it comes from.

It's so easy for women to feel down on the way they look--we can always find fault with ourselves. And that is exactly the reason why a lot of women can't truly appreciate when another woman is beautiful/sexy. Mr. Scot was right. Honestly, I think a lot of that is a sign of immaturity, too. I know the older I get, the more confident I am. And when you believe in yourself, seeing (or having your man look at) a gorgeous woman doesn't bother you--you know you're all that, too, and he's probably lucky to have you. :)
