With Moore Gone, Clausen to Shine.

I never said he graded well against Chicago, that's the same logic as saying Moore graded well against STL. Look in the mirror for the nut-hugging.

Then if the comment wasn't directed to you why jump in with the excuses? Again who said Moore graded well in Saint Louis?? Just answer the question.

Moore made good throws, was the victim of two big drops, was the victim of receivers who quit on routes, was the victim of no run game.

Against Chicago, the defense handed Jimmy 4 turnovers and he didn't do anything with them. Couldn't move the ball.

Now you don't see how a coach would grade those two things differently?

Enough about Moore, we won't see him play again until next season. We get to watch this mess we call our future for at least part of next week, until Pike replaces him agian, so let's talk about how good he is.

TRD said it. Someone else (can't remember who) said he "actually had a good game" against STL. I remember seeing it.

So a Moore nuthugger said he had a good game and that excuses all the Clausen nuthuggers as well.

That just means that both the Moore extremist and Clausen extremists need to read more and post less.

And no I am not close to a Moore nuthugger.I didn't like him until this year and still only supported him because he is better than Clausen.

Clausen was the victim of big drops and penalties against NO plus a defense getting shredded. See I can do it too. Whatever, man. I'm done with this thread and hearing about a guy not on the active roster.

We weren't talking about NO. There you go again. You make no sense and lose argument after argument then throw stuff against the wall (NO game for example) then get all sad and leave.

The point wasn't whether fans think Moore/Clausen or whoever is better and had a good/bad game. My point was just stating that coaches don't view the game the same as fans and that Moore probably graded out pretty well in STL. Probably not the same as the NYG game.

You admitted Moore is yours, and started a thread about trying not to be a homer, again, pot calling the kettle black. I also said he is ONE of my favorite Panthers. One of them.

I never said Moore was one of mine. I made that thread to show the value of a good backup QB but I knew you all would take it like I was a homer so that's why I put that title. That thread had little to do with Moore and more to do with the impact of CARR on the game.

Keep firing.

See what happens when we suck so badly. People actually think that going 11 for 21 for 146 yards and 1 TD was very good. Especially when we scored 0 points in the fourth quarter and lost by 2.

Just goes to show how out of touch of reality the Clausen huggers are on this board.

What you really mean to say is that the Browns offense is worlds better than the Panthers offense. Otherwise your numbers don't add up.

McCoy threw for 74 yards and 0 TDs vs the Saints and his team scored 30 points. You know how that works right? A good offense can make it work with a rookie quarterback. Or hell... make it work with an experienced quarterback like Matt Moore.

and the bulk of Clausen's production that one day came from a completecollapse from the Saints D leaving a wideopen Stewart miles behind any coverage.

Jimmy was in his standard scramble killing a down......and the Saints gave Carolina the biggest gift you could ask for.
