I still can't find anyone to come to my apartment and spend about 3-4 hours worth of work for $40! All I need is someone to clean out my closet, (not that much stuff left in it) and get some moderatly heavy boxes off the top of a shelf. (I even offered free beer while you do it!)

I doubt that you will find someone fo clean out a garage for minimum wage. Now, if you throw in a few perks.....
