Seahawks have a poo load of positive things there...got lots of young players that have been playing extremely well. Very successful drafts the last couple of years. They need to stay healthy first and foremost...just like every other team of course, but I think we've been bit hard in key positions the last few seasons. We draft a replacement for Hass this year I am sure...new youth in the secondary....I'm very positive about the future.

Yeah I don't know what they were thinking when they traded for Whitehurst then gave him that payday. I could see Seattle as a landing spot for whichever QB here is the odd man out.

What about the Detroit Lions. Now I know what everyone is going to say, that they have good players on their roster, top notch players at that. I agree with that, yet every year, the Lions barely manages to get 4 wins. (For the past 10 years, they average to almost 5 wins a season. And we all know they are the first team to go 0-16)

If the Lions are terrible again next season, they may become the Los Angeles Lions.

so you basically asked guys that don't know alot about football? any half decent fan of football can name every QB on every team. if they don't know who Clausen is, then their opinion doesn't really matter that much to me.

well, they do have good players. this year has been alot of bad luck losses, as well as many injuries, including to Matthew Stafford who has looked very good when healthy. They also have top notch guys like Megatron and Suh. I also think their coach, Jim Schwartz is great. give them one more good draft and they will be competitive in the NFC North.

well, they do have good players. this year has been alot of bad luck losses, as well as many injuries, including to Matthew Stafford who has looked very good when healthy. They would have won the North this year if Stafford wasn't hurt, no doubt about it.

If Moore/Clausen end up out of here I could see it as being a likely destination, what do you think? Whitehurst looked terrible in his only start and Hass is getting up there.

BTW when you said HASS in your earlier post I had to stop and think for a minute because didn't you guys have Mike Hass on your squad for a little? The great white hope? That guy needed a legit shot I think and he didn't get it with the Bears either but I guess if you can't make it as a WR with the Bears there is no hope.

I think Matty Hass gets a one or two year extension. I could see us going after either a QB high in the draft...the locals would all cream in their pants to get Jake Locker of course....or go after someone like Kolb or something.

I always figured Locker would end up there. I think he has all the tools to be successful in the NFL just needs to get coached up big time. It will also help to have some decent talent around him. We know first hand that weapons often times make a QB look better than they really are (College reference not NFL) and I think in his case he looks worse because he has limited weapons. He could be a steal.
