Beyond all the talk of schemes and big DL vs. little DL...one thing that i hope may change with Meeks as the DC (and possibly more directly with whomever is hired as defensive back coach) is our ability to actually hang on to interceptions.

I really don't know what happened in the past couple of years with our guys, but there was a time when Gamble and Lucas were talking about getting 10+ each for the season.

The HUGE number we dropped this season was astounding to me personally as a fan, but apparently more of joke to the coaching staff and media...see the whole better to be known as ricochet than burnt improv routine...I don't have the stats to support me, but it sure feels like we dropped at least one a game if not two or three in some.

I am not asking for circus catches, just hang on to the ones that hit you in the hands (or chest or even head).

(anyway, this is my first post back to the huddle in a while so i'll leave it short and sweet)
