I don't think Fox would accept a job on a bad team in a tough division. It would seem more lucrative to take a coordinator or position coach position on a competitive team.

With that said, I'd see him only taking a head coaching job with teams like SF or Denver because they are in mediocre divisions and both teams have a fair chance of being division winners.
