I'm not a minority but i would think it would be much more offensive to be brought in and interviewed for a position you had no chance of getting because of the color of your skin. If we want to be EOE then there shouldn't be a race section on any employment forms.

of course I have a good idea what is generally said in the forum.. if there was one bad apple, then so be it.. but I know there is RARELY racist comments made unless KT is randomly calling posters racist..

so if you don't mind.. share what was said if you are trying to help. that doesn't change that unless KT calls someone a racist, there are very few people I've ever seen ever mention race..

there has been a joke recently to make outrageous claims mocking KT.. I'm curious if that is what was said.. if not, feel free to help..

if you are trying to help then post what was said... for me to point out the person who has brought race to 99% of threads doesn't have much to do with you disclosing said information..

certainly, I feel it's the latter.. racism shouldn't be brought up in the forums.. as a guy who has extremely good friends with all races, colors, and creeds.. I feel being called a racist shouldn't be allowed unless I'm making racist remarks, which has happened to me on several occasions..
