LaCanfora just said Manusky and Rob Ryan as possible DCs under Rivera. Manusky is more likely to find job outside of Panthers, so Ryan could be a more likely possibility.

Rob Ryan as the D-Coordinator would be great. Dude worked wonders with the Browns defense, although I believe he was a 3-4 guy. I might be wrong here.

he's talking out of his ass on that one. just because they interviewed someone for a HC doesn't mean they like them for the DC job.

lacanfora thinks that rivera will switch us to a 3-4. it ain't happening. the DC choice will be someone that rivera has some ties to that will be familiar with running an aggressive 4-3.

rivera was a 4-3 guy. he stepped into a 3-4 in san diego. that wasn't by his choosing. they had the personnel for a 3-4 so he kept them at that. we have the personnel for a 4-3 and that is what we'll remain.
