You're right. I wasn't in the Huddle; I didn't call the plays. I couldn't see the entire film and the coverages, nor do I have access to the coaches' tape.

Perhaps we should only the priviledged few who have access to such things voice their opinions on the Interweb.

If you are going to state an opinion as fact then at least be informed. Perhaps if you would preface each of your remarks with the statement "in my own opinion based on limited information"........

Or you could read and listen to the experts who do what the tape and analyze these things to get a clue. People like me don't have any more access to the insider information than you do. But I do follow the folks who do have a clue.

You have the right to say and do anything you want. But when I hear people say they watched a game and could tell the quarterback made a bad decision or bad read, etc. I can't help but comment at their lack of understanding of what may have really been going on.

That's all well and good, except that it seems to me most of Jake's mistakes happened as a result of his decision making, not his throwing ability.

In my own opinion based on limited information, there are ways to voice your opinion without saying "in my own opinion based on limited information."
