Not even sure where I'm watching it. Probably pork tenderloin, wings and brats if I make it back to Charlotte in time to prep.

don't tell me it's a wedding? if so you HAVE to hold the record for not only going to the most weddings but during the biggest sporting events as well

Lots of stuff, but definitely my touchdown taco dip:

1 lb ground beef

2 TBS Taco Seasoning

Cook beef then simmer in 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning

1 can refried beans

12 oz sour cream

8 oz cream cheese

2 TBS taco seasoning

Shredded cheddar cheese

Put beans in glass pan (12"x18"), spread evenly on bottom

mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning in bowl, spread on top of beans

spread cooked meat on top of mix

sprinkle cheese on top of meat

Bake for 12 min. on 350*

Dip with Doritoes or other chips

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
