assuming he works during the day and would have the opportunity to each lunch at a desk or on a work site...cook something that he really loves on sunday night and pack him the most amazing lunch for the next day. my girlfriend did this for me last year and it was a great gift. full rack of baby back ribs, homemade mac and cheese, and fried okra. all my coworkers were envious. it was a good feeling.
