the ps move is great. ive only played sports champions and high velocity bowling with it so far, its more responsive than the wii IMO. its compatible with mag and other shooters but i havent tried it yet because i dont have the off hand move controller.

oh and red dead redemption is also a great game. i know its not ps exclusive, just a recommendation.

I've owned one in the past and it seemed more stable overall than the Xbox, albeit I had one of the old 40 Gig models. There is apparently some kind of hacking thing going on, might want to Google and look into that.

Both Uncharted games are must owns, God of War 3 is great if you like those. Metal Gear Solid 4 was awesome, the plot is ridiculous at times though. Little Big Planet is good, haven't tried the second one. Also suggest you look into Demons Souls.

Have not tried the Move so I'll leave that to someone else.

Have you never played a MGS game before?? that's pretty much par for course.

Then why do they almost always make the Xbox version first? Multiplatform games are never as good as exclusives. Mario/Halo/LBP are unique to their own systems.

You realize how much the Xbox has pushed console gaming, right? Funny the PS2 didn't have a HDD, HD capabilities or a network adapter until the original Xbox was released.

The opposite is true of this generation, but Sony took a very stupid risk by depending on unproven technology in the PS3. I'm glad it paid off for them, but I bet they won't do it again anytime soon.

fighting urge to get involved in a Console war, ah why not I could use a good laugh.

The Reason they are released on the Xbox first is because the PS3 is harder to Program for then the Xbox 360, also the 360 much to the dismay of Playstation Fan Boys has a much larger user base and it's not even close, not to mention IMO the 360 controller is far superior to the Playstations in every way. but with that said both sides have they're pluses and minuses, but they pretty much break down 2 ways, If you like playing by yourself get a PS3, if you want to play with friends or random 13 year old kids that think they are gods gift to mankind get a Xbox 360.

It wasn't a stupid risk, at the time the format war was virtually decided in favor of blu-ray with them having support from almost every major movie industry. Also when the PS3 released it was the cheapest blu-ray player available, the fact that it could do gaming as well was just extra. You talk about what Xbox did for gaming but fail to mention that Sony revolutionized gaming with the PS1......

http://www.vgchartz.com/home.php#Worldwide Totals

You might want to amend this statement. In the US sure you're on the money but world wide the Xbox edges the PS3 out by only 4 million units despite a one year head start on sales and countless people who have purchased multiple units (like myself, on my third now) due to unit failure.....

Im about to get this. I've been wanting a PS3 and i want this game so its a good deal. Been looking at them at pawn shops and they want $220 for a 120gb one. So pay 20 more and get a new one with more memory. Post if you got any better deals. I've been looking for awhile and the bundle seems to be the best deal.

    • I like what Freeling brings to the table all around. If he is willing to put in the work he has an opportunity to be one of the better Tackles in the league down the line. Hunter Brazzell and Hecht are all premium additions but development from our staff are the key to unlocking them. Hopefully Lee and Wheatley will provide much needed additional depth to our secondary. Beyond that it's important not to get too caught up in draft grades. Many drafts over the years that turned out to be really good were not fawned over with praise. While some that were ended up being historical duds. Panthers fans ought to know this as well as anyone. In conclusion...
    • Maybe a bit of a homer take but I can't give us a grade lower than A.   Freeling was arguably the best LT prospect in the draft.  His athletic ability is off the chart and at 6'7" that can move.  It was a no brainer pick.   Hunter's key word is Violence. Putting him next to Brown should scare an offensive coordinator. These two give Scourton and Phillips plenty of chances to get one on one opportunities. Brazzell, another tall receiver with sprinter speed.  Our WR room is filled with tall talented WR.  Brazzell is going to give us a WR that can take to roof off the defense.  Basically Jimmy Horn with size. W. Lee III has a nickname of the Blanket. (heard this on the Beleav podcast with J. Stewart)  What a great name.  A great value in the 5th round. Hecht A strong, fast and extremely smart center. Many had him listed as the best center in the draft.  He's most likely a starter sooner than later. Wheatley A good safety in round 5.  Someone who could see playing time.   Kuwatch  I love this pick.  At minimum he will be a key piece on special teams and with some good coaching he'll see some packages where he'll play.  His down piece is he doesn't stay up in the running game.  Good coaching will fix this.  He reminds me a bit of A.J. Klein.   All these picks were great value.  I believe everyone of them were graded higher than the pick we took them.   Dan Morgan is IMO doing a great job turning this team into a good team with great depth.
