It's been going on for years, now. It's been talked about ad nauseum. We've been hoping someone would take KKs job ever since we got him, Rod especially!

RBA wants a new 2 so bad, all it takes is a stiff breeze for KK to find his ass on the bench.

ETs been searching high and low, turning over every rock to find a replacement.

Literal gallons of digital ink has been spilled bemoaning our kryptonic quagmire. And, none of it has gotten us anywhere.

Centers don't grow on trees (they're actually tubers, if you were curious) and the teams lucky enough to have more than one are loathe to part with them.

Why not grow our own? DIY is all the rage, now. And, we just so happen to have a forward prospect in desperate need of an NHL roster spot.

At 5'11" 172 lbs, he's got a bit more size than some of our other options, with the frame to add more. A natural goal scorer that would fit in most teams top 6.

I have to imagine that the team will give him every opportunity to win the job in camp. The only way I can see Nadeau spending another year in the AHL is if he's learning a new position.

They still have eyes on the McTavish situation, so that's a possibility. Right now the answer seems to be a lineup featuring Jarvis at 2c.

Id rather not risk downgrading 1/3 of our top 6.

Jarvis is on pace to become an elite NHL winger. So, let's completely reset his development and negate any growing self confidence.

It's giving some real Jeremy Chinn vibes...

I'm just telling you what the team is currently looking at. Aho, Jarvis, Staal, KK as the four centers in that order as of right now.

Obviously id prefer them to go get McTavish but the asking price is pretty damn high.
