One position that makes the biggest difference

Parsons to Green Bay helps them. Is he the player that will put them over the top? I believe the only position that can do that is QB. Parsons is a great player at his position, that isn't the most important position.

That why Young needs to rise up and be the player we drafted at number one this year. If he fails, the Panthers fail. No matter what Parsons would have done for the defense, the cost and draft picks was way to much. 

The QB position is critical for any team. If you don't have that, then you arent winning anything. We will know by October which way this team will go.

I believe that you can't compete without a good qb.  But the Packers have a good qb.

But if you have a good qb, then to go to and win superbowls, you have to have some great players in other positions.  So yeah, he could put the Packers over the top.  But with what they gave up, they better get over the top very soon.
