Dougie Hamilton is fugging Charmin. He was fugging soft here and he's been soft in NJ.

No fugging thanks. I'll take Boom's upside over Hamilton sliding down the back side of a meh career.

I agree but unfortunately Boom is on the market.  He has net been the same since the Quinn Hughes trade fail. I think he is being told to scale back to not get hurt. Not by Rod but his agent.

I don't disagree about Nikishin's potential availability, but Hamilton as a replacement? Not an upgrade in my book.

No one available on the trade market currently is worth Nikishin not even close, your high.

Boom has massive upside.  But he has wr been great or even good since they announced he was a part of Quinn Hughes package.  I wouldn’t be surprised if he had an agent telling him protect himself right now. It just doesn’t look like boom out there. He won’t hit. Defense isn’t good. Something is up.

Panthers moving Bob? But, he is 37 and way off his game this year (22-19-1).

The Florida Panthers will to listen to offers for their pending unrestricted free agents leading into Friday's trade deadline, including veteran goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky, according to TSN's Pierre LeBrun.

Those UFAs include forwards, AJ Greer, Tomas Nosek, D-man Jeff Petry and goalies Bob and Daniil Tarasov.

    • I see both sides of the arguments, but compared to last year we're somehow at an upgrade over completely fried Dalton and wasn't even good in college Plummer. At least Pickett and Grier probably have some desire to make more money when Dalton was happy to just go through the motions and I will never understand why they even bothered with Plummer.
    • After watching Dan for 3 yrs now, I think I understand his plan. It’s a simple plan that should work for the long run.     I saw some of this last yr. Dan wants a vet and a young player at each position. I really think we go OT if one they like there. Moton is aging, Icky will not be back until 27, if ever. We need to get ahead of the tackle problem
    • You are just stressing too much about these particular positions. You want to upgrade from Bryce and I understand that but you aren’t going to really get that without getting into a bidding war for a QB2 potential QB1 like Willis. You could possibly trade for Mills or the backup for Chicago but they are still gambles and their teams will won’t decent picks.  Again the Eagles thought KP was a capable enough backup to trade for him once their backup was hurt and won a Super Bowl with him as QB2. The point is most teams aren’t rolling with some stud QB2/3 that is going to push even a bottom tier starter. They are better off the building their roster in other areas. The Rams are rolling with Bennett right now as QB2 for example.  The goal is winning absolutely. We overachieved last year even with stumbling into the playoffs. Another year and this staff needs to take the next step in building a team. Will Grier has little to no impact on that….
