I was serious. A lot of new people get offended often because they aren't used to the Huddle. You have to be broken in.

Honestly, is there anything sillier than crying racism in a forum where nobody has a clue what race anyone is?

I couldn't tell you what race the vast majority of people on here are outside of guys who identify themselves as a certain race and the very (very) few who scream racism just because someone disagrees with them (and who knows if they even really are what they say they are?)

Stuff like this gives you spectacles like KT attributing racist motives to Chef17 when he was arguing against Newton, only for Chef to point out that he was black :lol:

Other than folks I've met or what people tell me, I don't know who anybody is. i don't know what anybody does. Black, white, rich, poor, businessman, slacker, Christian, Muslim, atheist, agnostic, young, old...heck, we don't even know what gender anybody is if they don't say so. And honestly, I don't friggin' care.

A place like this ought to be the ultimate equalizer where people's opinions can stand on their own strength regardless of preconceived notions or ideas, but t'would seem some of us just can't live without those things, so we gotta drag 'em in here as well.
