Creatine

I kicked it when I used it, it's a cell volumizer and does it's job, though you have to be careful and followil the dosing instructions. Since you will be doing more I always suggest and always took glucosamine for quicker recovery.

One thing, once you stop taking it it's almost like you never took it, if that makes any sense.

Make sure you're hydrated on creatine, very, very important

Thanks for the input.

What I've read thus far supports what you said. For the first couple of weeks I guess it is a lot of water weight that gets put on, which is what causes the dehydration because it pulls water from other parts of your body to the muscle. I also read that it gives you the energy/strength to increase your workout which is what gives you the gains in the long run.

You will have a creatine body... Lots of water in your muscles... If you stop taking creating... You will be able to lift waayyy less. I took cratine 7 years ago... I looked very big and bad... I increased my bench press by 50lbs in one monnth. When I quit taking creatin... My body deflatted.. Imaging a balloon being pocked with a needle. It is better to lift without taking creatin.

Currently taking a creatine monohydrate, it is important to follow the recommended dosage and cycle the product every month or so. You will put on water weight, and visually you will look bigger and it does help with strength and endurance in the weight room. Make sure you drink water consistently throughout the day, your kidneys will suffer otherwise. I kept most of my strength gains when I cycled off creatine.

Cellmass is the only supplement that I've ever tried that worked. Great creatine supplement. As said, drink plenty of water, and lift like crazy. It's a post-workout supplement, so you want to down some immediately after your workout as soon as you can get to it for it to work at it's best (want to get those muscles rejuiced for the next day). NO-Xplode is supposed to go with it as a pre-workout energy boost to get the workout going, and it has a bare minimum of creatine in it (like, 1 gram) as well, but it is more just for the energy so you can workout longer and harder, which Cellmass will do by itself within the first month.

To my understanding, Cellmass is the SAFEST bet as far as creatine supplements go, but that is only my understanding. I could be wrong.

    • this     I never cease to be amazed at the number of people who will run up their blood pressure to get to the grocery store 30 seconds faster or are racing to get to work like it won’t be there at 8:02.   The only thing I’ve ever done that I think added more years to my life besides quitting smoking, was to learn to go with the flow behind the wheel.
    • The term you're looking for is "malinger(ed)", and he didn't.  I'm not sure why Panthers fans act like jaded ex girlfriends.  The dude is clearly injury prone as his time in San Fransico also proves. It's not like he got to San Fran and stopped having problems.
    • My long and rambling post:   The guy is all heart, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he came back even better next year. He’s exactly the guy you lock up. The money won’t ever change the way he plays.  It was a big fumble, but what 1,000 yard back fumbles once in an entire season?  Pride. This team is FINALLY seeing guys who obviously take the game very seriously. Hunt, Chuba, Thielen, Brown, Horn (CB), Coker, Bryce (IMHO). Bye bye, Spider-Man. I don’t see these dudes being OK with teammates half-assing practice or in games. I can see Brown and Horn coming over to talk to somebody.  Good team? Ummm, maybe, but will still likely lose more close games than they win unless this last draft turns in to LOB part 2. That’s a stretch.  Pretty good/decent team. Yes. They finished the season as a pretty good team. I know I sound like a broken record harping back to it, but going in to ATL and putting a 40 burger on them en route to an OT win. A bad Panthers team would have had their brakes beaten off. We’ve seen it.  Rose colored glasses on and bonging a 40 of hopium: There are watershed moments that occur that change the course of franchises, both good and bad. If Fox doesn’t pull Rodney at halftime, the epic journey that was 2003 never happens. On the negative side, Cam taking that one hit from Watt was the end of any and all Panthers relevancy and we’ve been the biggest losers in all of pro sports as a result. Watershed moments. LOB draft. Vinny goes down and the goat is born.  Will the ATL game be the spark that this franchise has desperately needed? Could it be that they hit the mega million jackpot with Princley and Scourton as eat QBs for breakfast? Sure would be nice having 2 all-pro edge guys on the cheap for the next 4 years.  A lot of unknowns, but at least it actually feels  fun again.
