Hell yeah man, loved the episode.

Love how Margaery is playing out. Love anything and everything that happens north of the wall. Love the new city that Dany is in; both the setting, the look, the people, and the addition of Barristan. Love the new half black girl that I believe is supposed to become a fairly main character, because she is hot as hell.

So excited for the progression of this season, especially since I've never read the books. No expectations in terms of who's gonna do what. It's all open to surprise me.

I thought it was as good as a season premiere as one could hope for.

Really got the ball rolling with some of the plot lines.

Introduced new and exciting boobies.

And showed readers of the books some small changes that really made sense in the context of the show.

Thanks for the heads up Rodeo, hate that, Belwas was cool :(

Jon eventually sends Ghost away anyways. I think they were just taking a dynamic away from Jon during the whole wildling arc so that they could focus more on the people, and less on the CGI dire wolf.

Also, we haven't even seen Jon warg dream yet in the show. By this point in the books, even he is realizing the link that he has with Ghost...

Maybe they're going to delve into that with Orell on the show (a character that has been rumored to have been combined with Varamyr Sixskins,) and that will bring Jon and Ghost back together for a bit...

jon being an obvious warg is one of the reasons the wildlings accepted him so readily, imo

I felt like it might have been more of a "knowing who he was" type thing... There is power in bloodlines, and if you've got a powerful ally on your side with connections to the lower realm, you might just be doing yourself a favor in taking him in...

I dunno though... That's what makes GRRM such a great writer...

Season 4 ordered!

http://www.craveonline.com/tv/articles/472867-hbo-orders-game-of-thrones-season-4

Regarding the fear that Martin won’t have finished the next book in the series by then, the author recently told The Hollywood Reporter that "My dream chronology is that the books finish first, and I do have a considerable lead over them. It's true that they're moving faster than I am — the series has its own speed — but I don't see us catching up for another three years or so, by which time another book will be out. That should give them another two seasons of material. And while I'm writing the last book, they'd be making those."
