my bet is on the family of the girl he married. That grandma has always seemed like she had a trick up her sleeve, plus their gift to him was a goblet. Also his wife could have slipped it in his wine after he handed it to her.

Yeah I think the camera shots of who was happy/not disturbed or upset at Joffery's douchebaggery are clues as to who did the poisoning.

that's no spoiler, you have to figure it out by putting it together yourself in the books.   the only missing piece of info is later when sansa discovers a small black jewel (or purple i forget) jewel missing from the hairpiece

 

don't expect any kind of CSI breakdown on this in the future on the show, the same way you still don't know who sent the dagger after bran

there are still people that believe it was oberyn that poisoned joffrey as revenge for the murder of his sister and children so what i posted is not set in stone either

 

but i don't think so, or i prefer to believe it was margaerys
