honestly who gives a poo what tim fuging hassleback says. grow up you manchildren

I was more surprised than anything. With so many other directions he could have gone (to which I would have agreed) he wen the "least talented" route.

anyone who says jimmy clausen is a better fit for our new offense loses instant credibility...clausen doesn't have the arm strength to be successful in a vertical passing scheme...anytime he tries to throw it more than 20 yds downfield his accuracy gets worse b/c he's just heaving it to get there

Isn't he the one who's married to that whiny wife?

No wonder he's miserable.

A fair number of guys wouldn't mind being 'miserable" with her :sosp:

With that said, I don't think we've got the lowest talent level in the NFL. But given that we had the worst record in the NFL last year, I'm not especially shocked at someone having that perception. Hasselbeck's likely not alone in that assessment.

    • I’m old enough to remember when I wanted to draft Njoku We brought back Mitchell and officially kept Tremble. Mitchell Evans isn’t going anywhere. Sanders who knows, he was awful last year I fully agree we need a better TE. This room is awful Njoku would be a massive help in the red zone. However it really seems like Dan and the FO prefer to go young on offense
    • You’re underselling Loveland imo. He’s so damn good. You can line him out wide and count on him to win 1 v 1. I don’t see that from Sadiq. Loveland is going to go over 1000 yards next season I’m not overly asking for a WR3. It’s just one of the few directions Morgan could go in round 1.  Let’s say Thieneman, Fano and Cooper are all on the board it’s a tough decision. I just don’t see how this team would take Sadiq over some of those guys given the way they run their offense. Our tight end room is easily bottom of the league so I can definitely see why someone would want a tight end though. At one point during the season I was on the Sadiq train as well. I just don’t think value wise for us specifically it makes sense given our team as a whole As far as tight ends go in this draft I really like Max Klare. Very smooth mover
    • Some of you need some serious help with the way 9 lives rent free in your heads I know for a fact, Dan loves Bryce. Bryce is his guy. This offense is very young and they’re asking Bryce to do a lot. With Idzik taking over playcalling duties it’s a move that is another step in the process of Bryce taking control of the offense. 24 years old. This youth movement on offense and putting more on 9’s shoulders is going to pay off in the long run
