Clausen is going to look like a completely different player this year. And if Newton is for real, then we'll have some serious trade bait in him.

I expect Pike will look a lot better this year too, and by next year he will be a more than capable backup for Newton.

Clausen being one of the first on site doesn't shock me at all. He's that kind of guy. We can go on and on about his failures last year, but I've always been left with the impression that he works damned hard.

Just imagine having a top 10-15 pick next year (with all the talent in that draft) and having n improved Clausen as trade bait..move back out of the 10th spot and pick up a few extra picks, trade Clausen and Carolina looks like NE at least for one damn draft. lol

If Cam does what he's supposed to do then Jimmy will be on the bench. I think Jimmy can develope into a good backup. He can come in and not throw 3 picks in a game. He wont cost us much, but if someone did offer something, hell yea
