All the talk about a number for Cam Newton got me thinking, what is the most successful quarterback number in the NFL. Here is what I cam up with.

With that said, what number would you like to see Cam Newton in next year? If he doesn't get #2, I personally think #5 or #15 would suit Newton well.

Note: #12 is without a doubt the most successful number, maybe Cam should pay Gettis for #12

If you want to make a list of the number of the QB that won each Super Bowl, then you could have a "successful QB number" discussion.

Jerry won't allow anyone to wear it and Cam is neither entertainer or icon. Right now he's no different than any other rookie that hasn't proven a thing.
