Maybe a 4th.

If the reports about him wanting to go to the Raiders are true, I can see a 2nd rounder easily. Al Davis is an idiot.

Didn't they already trade their second next year to NE ...

What will Carolina receive for giving up Smith? A Winning record. Steve Smith, while he has done alot of great things for this team, he has become their downfall. His whole "throw me the dam ball" and me first attitude, crippled this team. It gave Jake Delhomme tunnel vision. He forced bad decisions by young qb's who tried to force him the ball to satisfy him only to be intercepted. When Steve Smith finally is traded, Carolinas offense will become more of a complete offense. Teams will not be able to double team 1 wr and take away 80% of the offense anymore. Everything will open up.
