IIRC Buckner wasn't so much of a "space eater", (that was Kris Jenkins/Kemo's role) but I get your point. I think Terrell McClain's role will be the same as Buckner's though.

No way, Buck was the run stuffer and Jenk was the sack specialist.. he had probably the best jump of the ball i have ever seen for a DT.. even though he would get an avg of 1 false start a game- i loved seeing him jump through the line before they even knew what happened..

Rivera is different from Fox and his DT's will most likely play different roles too.

I think you are just remembering Buck at the very end. He had some good pass rushing burst before he got to the last part of his career.

I do not miss the Jenkins' offsides calls that almost always came on 3rd down.
