Had a dream about Steve Smith last night(no homo)

So I didn't think I would have my mind on the panthers while I'm in Australia right now but I guess I'm truly a Panther fan through and through.

I had a dream last night that Steve Smith picked me up in his g wagon and we chilled at a bar. I know that sounds kind of peculiar but I think it was like a spend a day with a fan sort of thing. Anyways, we were talking football and I asked him a ton of question but I only remember two.

I asked him, "Steve, who do you think is the best QB on the Panthers roster right now?". And Steve said, "None..". lol

Then I asked if him if he thought he was better than Larry Fiztgerald. He said, " Look at all the poo he had that I didn't.... I'm the fugin best".

Anyways that's my contribution to the huddle since I haven't been on here in a while.

There's a fine line between being a "fan" and being "completely obsessed to the point that you're having dreams about star players while you're on the other side of the world."

    • Bro, they literally said everyone in the building wanted bryce.  From tepper down to the scouts they literally said everyone.  By human nature that simply cant be true.  They are just saying that to show unity in the pick.  I can promise not everyone wanted him over stroud or whoever
    • Well, you aren’t really joking there but at the same time, talent will out. Cam in our case.  Manning. All the guys that people pointed to when Bryce sucked his first year, and said they struggled too…  It is such a crap shoot.. but better than it was before they slotted the pay into a reasonable stratosphere. Talk about killing your franchise paying the equivalent of modern day 50-60 million per, to a green rookie….
    • The issue is that being slow or unable to read the field is the toughest of all hills to climb in the NFL for a QB. There is an overflowing graveyard of former QB's you have to climb over to get to the very few success stories in that realm. It is not impossible for him to figure it out but it is HIGHLY improbable that he will. The odds there are so incredibly low.
