In all seriousness, reports are that Smitty has been begging for all back uniforms for a few years now, so if Smitty hasn't been able to make it happen then it ain't happening.

Smitty should have made himself a named plaintiff on the anti-trust lawsuit and then demanded all black uniforms as a condition of the settlement.
