McFadden would be a great pickup, I would also like Shaun Cody as a cheap DT reserve. But if I could pick one player but we probley can't afford him it would be Bertrand Berry.

Berry? Really? The guy aint a great physical presence against he run and has never been a huge pressure guy and his stats have steadily declined the past 3 or 4 years. Being 33, his performance ain exactly going to get any better from here on...

Chances are that will not actually improve our team. Whilst in principle it makes sense, but you can never know if a player from a decent system will adapt well to your system, unless it is very similar.

So unless these guys are big talents I find it unlikely we will outright cut someone who has been in our system for a while, to pick up someone with just as big, if not higher cap numbers. The risk reward is just not favorable. Gotta play the odds in a game decided by fractions.

true true...but we got to do somthing as far as lucas cuz carolina is freeing up some cap space and that's making me think peppers might not be going anywhere...cuz ain't nobody saying anything like what team wants him..i just want to know what team wants him so i'll know what draft pick we'll get
