The guy at Lowes said that yesterday (when it was supposed to be a Cat 2) people came and bought out almost all of the generators. The only ones they had when I was there this morning was 1x for $1600, then a bunch of some cheapo brand for $650. I found the Troybuilt model in the "repaired" area for $550 (originally $700). I just fired it up, and it runs great! I went ahead and got one due to it being upgraded to a possible cat 4. Plus, when you live out in the woods, near the coast, it is good to have one anyway!
