Steeler fan to Panther fan ratio for this Thursday night

Reason why I fuging hate all steelers fans?

I'd say about 95% of the "steelers" fans I've met have never even fuging been to Pittsburgh. They are all bandwagon poobirds, and honestly can all choke to death on that awful towel.

I became a Panther fan when the team was announced although never once at the time being to the Carolinas let alone Charlotte. I still haven't seen a game at BoA stadium, have gone to away games up here, but I did go out of my way to drive by the stadium when heading to Florida. Well I guess it wasn't really out of the way but made my route go by it when it definitely wasn't the quickest path. Anyways, I wouldn't think actually ever being in the home city would be a requirement to being a "true fan".

Oh, and yes living in Steeler country, their fans are obnoxious.

Yea, I guess I should have clarified, I meant 95% of their fanbase has never even been to Pennsylvania*

Since most of them are not from Pittsburgh but bandwagoners from this area or transplants that never get to see their team in person they act the fool as if this is a do or die game and the results are important. Makes it tough when most of us are there just to see the backups and guys on the bubble out of curiosity. It would be pretty sweet if our backups beat their backups. They would take it so hard while most of us recognize it is a meaningless preseason game.

If I were Coach R, I would play Camm and the first unit the whole fuging game just as punishment for the last outing.

I'd go to see that....

I'd try to punish them for all four quarters, in hopes that they are punished by a season ending injury so that my first season as a head coach would be a complete waste of time, in essence punishing myself for the team not being ready during Preseason, and yes I know this is a run-on sentence.

Funny how you guys are talking about how terrible Steelers fans are. If you guys could even sell half of your season tickets you wouldn't have a problem with your stadium being taken over every week.

Hey idiot, 68,000 season tickets are sold. That's a little more than half I think. Pittsburgh school system or are you just one of those lame front runners that ordered the terrible towel online.

    • Exactly He's played two seasons and started 28 games. He's well beyond the point of being able to point to 2 or 3 games and being able to say, "THAT is the QB he is and will be in the future" Of course he can get there, but anyone trying to use just those couple of games to rank his place amongst the games QB's today and their full career's worth of playing at that level, is just asinine. Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Hurts, Herbert, Daniels, Stafford, Goff, Geno, Purdy, Baker, Love, Dak, Tua, Kyler, Lawrence That's 17 QB's right there that have played better over their careers than Bryce has played at his best.  And I'm not saying they're all studs or guys I'd want to be our QB moving forward, Tua for example I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, but his body of work is a million times better than Bryce's has been. It's also not including any of the other QB's drafted in 2023/2024 other than Daniels. So again, say you believe in Bryce, say you think he's going to prove he can and should be our QB of the future, that's all fair and totally fine. But nobody can say he's been an above average QB in his career thus far, it's just an asinine notion.
    • I'd think we could get one of those from Dallas for... whatever.
