Well just beating the teams we are supposed to beat is progress. Even being in tne position where people see it as we should win a given game is an improvement. I felt like in the ugly games that we won, it signaled that the team was learning how to win. We beat a couple of teams we probably shouldn’t have and lost a few we shouldn’t have though so it kind of evened out. After all these years of suckage it is hard to be optimistic. Always anxious about our prospects. And the way we have to play offense makes it tougher. Really looking forward to seeing the defense after say, three or four weeks of playing games together. -
