I have never even heard of William Jewell College, Are we that bad of we are going to NAIA schools for talent?? There is no one in DivII or DivIII that we could scout....Hurney and CO. know what they are doing maybe he is a potential undrafted or pratice squatter

William Jewell is in Liberty, MO, a bit north of KC. It's a private Christian school that most of the students, esp. the athletes, call Billy Jewell High because of all the restrictions. At least we know that he probably wouldn't get into trouble in Charlotte - he'll be in bed by 10 every night.

From my experience, the kids who are "locked up" by rules on these campuses can often be the wildest people when they escape.

      ESPN has a whole is just hot takes and the dumbest takes possible. That is why it sucks so badly. They intentionally drag everything down to a lightspeed retarded level so that it is unwatchable. No jounalism, no nuance, no in depth analysis....just idiot after idiot blabbering/shouting about some hot button issue that they really have no real strong opinions about until the camera is rolling.

      Young is the overwhelming priority. We have ample time on them and it's far easier to pivot at WR than QB. Remember that 2026 is year 4 for Bryce. That is 5th year option decision time and also the prime time to attempt to regain resources if a pivot is made. The odds of gaining any assets in a trade afterwards plumment very rapidly(all this depending on performance, obviously). At the end of that cycle, now we are likely in a $45+ million territory for him to remain.  So that decision trumps all others by a mile when it comes to personnel.
