Is Drew Brees a Hall of Famer?

If Brees wins another SB ,which is entirely possible, he will pull ahead of all those save for Brady. Championships matter.

Championship count doesn't determine the mark a player leaves on history. Bree's has a rather small footprint on it. Even if he acquires more championships, to put him in the same breathe as the players listed above is the most absurd thing I have ever heard.

The mark he leaves should he enter the Hall will put him in the same class as Fouts, Bradshaw, Aikman. If, he enters to begin with.

dick pics and being an asshole isn't much of a mark. Favre never fieled consistently dominant offense like Manning, Brady, and now Brees are doing.

While I was speaking more to Manning and Brady anyways, Favre also has dibs on almost every major passing record in the game, plus the consecutive game streak and all the other pretty little details.

he played for what, 15, 16 years? Manning and Brees may pass him up title wise, Brady already has and all three are better numbers wise when we look at their primes. brett favre will be the guy our kids will want to myth bust on message boards in 30-40 years with stats and facts.

I'll never forgive him for pissing away a golden opportunity to put the brakes on the "Patriot Dynasty".

Yeah. If Philly fans weren't generally such douchebags, I'd have been really upset they lost that Super Bowl

If I ever meet Eli Manning, I'm going to tell him he is one of my heros of Football for making 19-0 become 18-1.

I dont know that the HoF committee puts too much weight in the final years of a candidates that "age out" of the league. I mean I'm sure Joe Montana's final 9-6 campaign or Emmit Smith's 1100 yards over his final two years had any bearing on they appointment.

Yes but Joe Montana was the dominant player of his era and has 4 rings. Smith is the all time leading rusher and has 3.

Right and they were first ballot material. I'm not putting Donovan up there with them, I'm just saying that I think the HoF voters probably don't hold that stuff against an otherwise deserving candidate.

Ahh misunderstood you. I think McNabb has had an underrated career tbh. 28 Rushing TDs career 2-1 TD/INT ratio which only i think Brady/Manning have better.
