NO!! Owens is good for one year, but he's not good for a QB. he demands the ball, he drops the ball and he throws his QBs under the bus, there's a reason WR needy teams like Washington and Jacksonville turn him down. i DO want to see Alshon Jeffery, Michael Floyd or Justin Blackmon in Carolina NEXT year, BUT the difference is they are younger and can replace Smith as the go to guy in the future. As for today, the only people i would sign off the street are defensive tackles or cornerbacks. that's the bigger need right now. the offense actually is playing well.
