don't forget the new rating system. they will be more spread out, and average players will have lower ratings

I don't think anyone who posted ratings either saw that or remembered it if they saw it. Some of the low 80's people have mentioned will be players in the 70's and some high 80 will be low 80's. A couple of players with low 90's I saw with the new rating system will be mid - high 80's. I don't see Matt Ryan getting above a 89 with the new rating system. I also see Jake Delhomme as an 82 or 83.

Dwill will probably be a 92 or 93, Stewart will be a 85 or 86. Smith will be a 95 or so. Moose will be 84 or 85.

He wont have a 99 in speed, I can tell you that now. The real life equivilent to a 99 speed in madden 2010 would be someone running the 40ty in 4.21 seconds. Smith can't do that, his speed will actually go down to a 95 or 96 because of the drop in game speed and player speed to make the game more sim like.

Adding to the player Ratings talk, You'll see a lot less 90 or betters in the new game because from what they've been saying 90 or above is only for players who are head and shoulders better then everyone else and are superstars. Like Payton Manning, Tom Brady, AP, guys like that.

With the new ratings system coming out I think that all the people wanting every player to be in the 80's will be greatly disappointed. In the production blog they said that the "average joe" middle linebacker would be 80 in previous years while they will probably be around 70 this year. They also said that this is so separate the elite players from the non-elite. I don't feel that Smitty will get touched ratings wise and D-Will will likely stay atop the running back charts.

    • He’s been every bit as much of the problem as anyone else. You cant remove him from that fact, he is just as much part of the team and in THE most important position on the field. But this is the first season he’s seen any kind of continuity in his team and coaches. And he’s shown flashes here and there. But we do need more out of him going forward a lot more if we are going to be successful
    • Bryce isn’t great and super mid. But I think can be a game manager. What do we think is out there? Daniel Jones isn’t going anywher. Mac Jones? Zach Wilson? Pickett. I’m just not sure what’s out there that is much better without having to give up a ton of capital. Rather take one more step closer to contention with our early rounders next year with FS and LB help. Make this  place where dang they got a defense and a WR1 and solid RB room. I can win with that and want to be here
    • AR15 is if Justin Fields was fragile and his teammates hated him. No thanks. Ya'll think you hate watching Bryce Young? Wait until your QB can't even complete a 7 yard pass over the middle, which Fields and Richardson can't do. If the draft class was better, I could absolutely see the Titans moving on from Ward already if they got the #1 pick. But so far the college QB's haven't impressed enough. They'll have flashes, but then follow it up with a very meh game. Kyler is already done in Arizona, but he has a ridiculous contract and he's basically Bryce that likes to scramble, so no thanks. If Lawrence can't produce with that team in Jacksonville, what do you think he'll do here? He's tall Bryce who can throw deep but can't make the 4th down throws and crumbles in the red zone. No thanks. I do think Canales wants to move on from Bryce, his body language says so even in wins. He treated Bryce pretty odd this week and Bryce looked checked out in the Packers game. But unless they make another risky trade, its going to be slim pickings. Basically our hopes lie in hitting early in the draft with a Mateer, Nussmeier, Beck type or finding a random backup free agent that has another gear to hit.  I think even with the draft being wishy washy, 4-5 QB's will be taken in the top 7. A lot of teams are just that desperate.
