Powerrankings

After watching that mess last night they called prime-time football, I think we would have destroyed the #6 Ravens. Substitute Cam's lasers for Gabbert's wounded ducks and we would have won easily. That is the kind of thing that makes these ratings so dicey.

Let's see who we're better than that is above us.

we can beat any team that's ranked from 15-22

Also better than the Jets, Giants, Ravens, Steelers, and Houston. So yeah, we totally deserve to be 23rd, just like The Golden Calf of Bristol is better than Cam because he had a 15 point comeback against THE F U C K I N G DOLPHINS

My friend, who doesn't know S H I T about football said the only reason The Golden Calf of Bristol came back was because it was the Dolphins.

How about next time, you think about what you want to say BEFORE you start the thread...

We can PLAY with any team in the league, we proved that against the Packers... not many would argue they're not the top team right now. With our defense in it's current state, we will have a hard time winning against any of the top 15 teams.

    • I presented that scenario because this is a home game and we seemed to have improved in some capacity in that area as of recently. The problem with the possibility of sweeping the Bucs is this team has had a habit of quickly falling victim to momentum shifts. The Bucs are coming off a bitter loss the same as the Panthers but the Bucs have a much better proven track record this time of year and they have performed when the pressure is on unlike our Panthers. We have a shot against the Seahawks here in BOA but that is a matchup that could quickly get out of hand because they are a well coached team and that goes back to the momentum shifts I mentioned. I just don't see this team beating the Bucs in their stadium to close the season. Tall order to say the least.
    • I’d give it another year for Sanders and Evans, I don’t much care what you do with Tremble’s spot. Let him have another year or maybe replace him. Haven’t looked at his contract so that may be the determining factor.
    • Following the crazy up down pattern we finish 9-8 with an improbable sweep of TB, and lay an egg in the home playoff game.  I don’t know if I can sign on to sweeping TB but I suppose it’s possible, they aren’t really that good this year.    ps I can buy beating TB Sunday and losing to Seattle.  Then it just gets to can you fluke one game. Any given Sunday. So we’ll see.
