Penn State...what did Paterno know?

JoePa is a sad, creepy, pathetic old fvck who's held that program hostage for years even without this scandal tarnishing his image. Now we get to remember him as a pederast supporter to boot.

Here's a quick rule of thumb for all the college ADs out there wondering how you know your coach probably needs to leave:

He's 85, can't be on the sidelines because it's too dangerous AND IS AN ACCOMPLICE IN A FARM SYSTEM FOR MAN-BOY RAPE.

This story just keeps getting more bizarre.

So in 1998 (or 99, just as the first accusations against Sandusky wre coming out) the then county DA who would have been responsible for mounting a case against Sandusky & PSU went missing near a river outside of Happy Valley. His county laptop was discovered a month later, hard drive removed. He was never found.

The guy they replaced him with? This is from the PSU student newspaper:

In 1998, a mother reported Sandusky was with her son in a shower on campus. The incident was reviewed by University Police and then-University counsel Wendell Courtney.

Courtney was, and still is, the lawyer for The Second Mile (Sandusky's Foundation). Former Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar decided there was not enough evidence to charge Sandusky after the incident.

    • I think the qualification has changed over time though. A deep ball play used to take 4 to 6 seconds for the receiver to get to that spot on the field. Now a receiver can be there in 2.5. That's less time than most QBs have to set and throw. In my mind a deep route takes time to develop. A crossing route and a deep route can't take the same amount of time at full speed. You can have 4 deep balls on the same drive,  almost 5 if you do 5 20 yard throws goal line to goal line. That doesn't even make sense when you say it out loud.
    • The sad part is it looks manicured enough that he's aware it's running away from him.  Also, I just wanted to give you some fun loving grief on King Haynes today having a chance to throw a game winning TD, and was wildly errant, and ultimately picked off to end the game.  So happy I won't have to hear anything else about The Golden Calf of Bristol lite ever again watching college football.
    • I just think Panthers believe in Bryce far more than the fans do and he is most likely going to be the QB at least the next two seasons. the real shot of us moving from Bryce is not getting an extension, till then they are going to give him every chance to succeed and I just want to win.
