Are people really this stupid?

I manage an apartment complex, and we had someone on eviction.

So we change the locks at the appropriate times with the sheriff, etc., blah blah, blah.

My bookkeeper gave a copy of the new key to the resident on eviction so they could get their stuff.

That was 3 weeks ago.

Since we gave them a copy of the key, the law says we had turned possession back over to them. So have to go back through court to evict them, AGAIN.

I hate employees I didn't higher. Idiots. All of them.

That was stupid. Should have had them arrange a time when someone from your office, along with the police to meet them so they could get their stuff. Set a deadline for such meeting. If they refuse, I think you have the right to sell their poo or just throw it away.

Stupid to give them a key once the locks were changed.

So management failed to make the employee aware of eviction laws?

She's been a bookkeeper for 15+ years.

She's had plenty of training. Hell, I have a book on how to evict people in California in my office.

The lawyers live on our complex. There are no excuses in my book. Outside of you're stoopid.

You have to keep it 30 days, if they don't respond, you auction it off and apply it towards their debt.

We rarely need to get police involved, since most people are not violent when leaving.

Why do a refresher course.. I mean it's not like they'll ever need it. Sounds like a bad management IMO

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
