Might Jake Delhomme be on the opposite sideline in Houston?

Well we were in position to win that and kasay botched a field goal so maybe that was why it was so easy to forget and it was hardly delhomme that beat us .. more Hillis than anything.

uhh Peyton Hills 3 TD's and John Kasays 42 yard Game Winning FG miss beat Carolina. Yep, Kasay lost that game for carolina. So people can stfu about Mare already.

And THANKs to the FG miss the Panthers have Cam Newton

I would love to see Jake talking with Cam after that game. Thats two eras of Panther football on one field. I think Jake is the kind of guy that would offer a lot of insight and knowledge to help him. I also think as Panthers QB, Cam appreciates what Jake was able to accomplish here. He has great respect for those that came before him as all greats should.

I just love how you know so much about what Cameron thinks.

Pillow talk?

I am not saying you didn't, but most UNC fans despised Yates when he was there. I always thought he was under appreciated at Carolina, fans always looking for next best thing.

I hate Carolina, but for some reason I hope he does well.

With that said, I would also love to see Jake go on a playoff run with the Texans and beat the Steelers or some other asshole team.

Actually met the guy a few times while I was at UNC, he's a nice guy but dumb as a pile of bricks. He really wasn't a consistent QB until his Senior year, then he showed some potential and leadership qualities. I could be wrong, but I just don't see him being an effective starter in the NFL.
