He looked good for what I could see. He was draped over Henderson on that TD that was called back, and he covered the guy for 4-5 seconds. Perfect ball.

Folks, CB, DT, WR, DE--we have drafted/signed a bunch of role players because MH does not know how to draft them. Aside from the USC wonder twins Colbert and Jarrett, how many stud WRs have we overlooked? Name the last CB we took early or a high-profile CB brought in. Evans? No, Eric Davis? Gamble fell in the draft, and was a no-brainer. DOes MH really think DT can be filled by 3rd rounders? Tank Tyler and Louis Leonard? Now, lets look at DE. Peppers was not re-signed, he paid CJ more than he should have because he found a gem in the third and he developed--Everette Brown. What the heck?

Draft Dre Kirkpatrick if you want, but we need help up front--on both sides of the ball.

Hogan was out most of the season with a leg injury. He plays 3 games left in the season. What do you expect. Do you expect him to be superman or something. Give the guy the entire offseason to train and play next year before saying he sucks. :rolleyes:

He played really well against the Saints actually, nice coverage. Probably could have fought for the ball more when it was in the Air, but Brees was on fire and threw some perfectly placed balls.

Drew Brees had 60 seconds to throw every play. Try covering a player for that long.

There was that one play where the 63 year old ref almost backed into him, hurried him, and cut his time available to 48 seconds - but Brees was able to fit it into a "narrow window" . . .
