Well if it makes you feel better i'm 5'11 with cleats on and im playing offensive line against guys 3 inches + taller and at least 50 lbs heavier. Sometimes heart is enough.

Yea it was one hell of a deal too .. I already had my own insurance but the league insurance cost me 25 bucks for the season and they cover EVERYTHING supposedly .. from surgeries , to meds , to recovery rehabs

Alright folks the day is finally here. It's Gameday. Unfortunately I was unable to get a link for you guys for this game but i'll do my best to break down every posession for those interested as well as stats if I can.

I'll be starting at left guard on offense , punt , will be playing 3 technique on punt return, as well as FG block. I'm also the primary backup on both kickoff and kick return since they knew I really wanted to play gunner. Anyhow, thanks for the support to anyone interested in all this.

Alright guys .. todays game was a mirror image of the carolina jacksonville game .. it was pouring from the time we left valdosta at 1:30 till the time the game was over in brunswick at 9:30 .. Offense played well until the 20 yard line where the receivers couldn't catch a cold. The offensive line played average. About 4-5 yards a carry for the running backs.

Defense forced 5 turnovers but dropped a key pick 6 opportunity on a screen pass. We stalled in the red zone 5 times .. missed 3 field goals. Threw 1 pick and fumbled a snap to them.

Final score was 16-0 in their favor. They had 2 touchdowns. 1 2pt conversion. 1 missed XP and 1 safety. However some good news .. apparently they are the last 5 years defending champs and we get to play them again at the end of the season for some redemption. So considering we played them that close our season doesn't look as crappy as it did going into this game.

Pretty sure I could adapt the offense I wrote for my buddy's flag football team to more - and older, and larger - players. Have 'em give me a call :D

He is obsessed with 4 and 5 wide sets and that's all well and good if the receivers can catch. That however seems to be a problem for them. I'm pushing at the coach hard for the Maryland I formation because we have 4 very good interchangeable running backs. If I can i'll also try to get the full house in there somehow.
