I am sorry, the tax bracket I unfortunately fall in with the commission structure attached to my salary has me taxed as much as folks that make substantially more than I. Here is a question for the board, what is the salary base requirement to make it into the top 1% or 5% or 10%. I bet you will be interested in what you find.....

Why shouldn't every one in America pay a flat tax for what they earn, regardless of the vehicle its realized by?

Ask the person what party they are a member of.

Ask what political persuasion they are (liberal/libertarian/conservative.

Then ask if they believe a flat tax or progressive tax rate is best for the country.
